Steps for Registration
Step 1: Complete the "Finalize your Roster for Provincials" section of your teams SRS roster. (SRS Instructions)Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Google Form.
The deadline to register is Monday, November 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm.

Team Fees: $700
This fee includes: Tournament Registration, Athletic Therapist
ASAA Pay It Forward Loonie Fee of $1/athlete will need to be added to overall payment.

How to Pay
Option 1: Online

- Select the tournament fee
- At the bottom, it says “Who are you purchasing this for?”
- Uncheck the box next to Myself which will allow them to type in the box.'
- Type in the name of the school in the box.
- Add to Cart
- Continue
- Use the Guest Checkout (do not need to register) – click “continue as guest”
- Fill in credit card payment information, purchaser information etc. on the screens that follow.
- You can print a receipt at the end of the transaction.
- Bring or mail a cheque made out to Notre Dame Collegiate.
